Thank you for shopping with Nimra Atelier. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the State of Qatar.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Delivery Area

Nimra Atelier currently delivers orders within the State of Qatar.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Charges

We offer:

  • Free delivery on orders of QAR 100 or more.
  • A QAR 15 delivery fee on orders below QAR 100.

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

3. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after the order has been received and confirmed.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Orders may take additional time to process during promotional periods, public holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

4. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time within Qatar is generally 1–3 business days after your order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Some deliveries may take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather
  • Unexpected operational or logistical issues

5. Delivery Information

When placing an order, please provide accurate and complete delivery information, including:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Area
  • Street or zone information
  • Building, villa, apartment, or other relevant details
  • Any additional directions that may help the courier locate you

Nimra Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available to receive the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the required payment must be made when the order is delivered.

If the courier is unable to deliver the order because no one is available or the provided delivery information is incorrect, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

7. Delayed Deliveries

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur.

8. Delivery Problems

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or you believe there is another issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs, videos, your order number, or other information to help us investigate the issue.

Any return, refund, or exchange will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable laws of the State of Qatar.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect information, refuses to receive the order, or otherwise prevents delivery, the courier may make another delivery attempt or contact the customer to arrange delivery.

For COD orders, repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being cancelled.

10. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the request will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

11. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our delivery services, charges, procedures, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
