At Nimra Atelier, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in crafting jewelry that you’ll love — but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

We Accept Returns if:

The product doesn’t meet your expectations or you simply don’t like it.

The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

You must request it within 3 days of receiving your order.

The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags, box, and pouch).

Personalized or customized pieces (such as engraved or made-to-order items) cannot be returned.

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you can choose to receive a store credit or a bank transfer refund.

Please note:

Delivery or return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

You can exchange your item for another product of the same or higher value.
If the new item costs more, the price difference will be charged.
